Felorians: The Beam Rewritten
By Geoff Wild
Waizey, a gifted beamwalker torn between science and mysticism, joins a deep-range mission to save his homeworld. But what begins as a quest for...
The beam sings. The Null listens. One Felorian rewrites the fate of stars.
Waizey is a beamwalker—one of the few gifted enough to hear the resonance that powers his world. But when the Lunar Beam begins to fracture, Feloria faces more than a technological crisis. The beam is changing, and something ancient is listening from the void.
Tasked with restoring the beam, Waizey uncovers a deeper truth: the energy that sustains his people is alive, evolving—and under threat from the mysterious Null Order. As psychic interference spreads and corrupted nodes whisper forgotten songs, Waizey must choose between tradition and transformation.
In a universe where harmony is power, rewriting the melody may be the only way to survive.

Feline Fantasy!
“Felorians: The Beam Rewritten” by Geoff Wild is the first book of a fantasy trilogy set in a world with feline creatures such as the main character, Waizey, a space-traveling Russian Blue with emerald eyes from the planet Feloria. When the planet’s Lunar Lattice began to fade for unknown reasons, a select group, including Waizey was selected to seek out a replacement form of energy. This story is well-written, and has an interesting, twisty plot with impressive world building.

Sci-Fi Feline Adventure
I love me some sci-fi. The writing of “Felorian: The Beam Wewriting” is extremely descriptive and poetic, that it just draws you in. For example, in the opening line of chapter 1, the author writes “two stars waltzed in an eternal embrace” then proceed to describe the beautiful sunset in the world of Endora. Which I must say the worldbuiling and the setting of the planet is something else. Later we learn that Waizey, an feline alien of a planet called Feloria is a beamwalker from who begins to question what he knows and was taught and must change to go up against the order that threatens them. Even though the pacing may drag at times, the atmosphere kept me drawn in to the story. Some of the story kind of reminded me of the divide between the native tribes in the movie Avatar who were connected to the land, and the modern technological advances of the earthly race.

A Brilliant Sci-Fi Adventure with Heart
This is such an exciting and imaginative read. I loved the unique worldbuilding and felt like I was being pulled straight into another universe. The story moves quickly, the characters are engaging, and there’s a great balance of action, mystery, and emotion. It’s one of those books where you keep thinking “just one more chapter” and suddenly you’re at the end. A fantastic sci-fi adventure for readers who enjoy something fresh and clever.
I enjoyed the little quotes at the start of each chapter too.
